Aaarg I'm Missing Streamer Points

Most of the time you use your points to buy special release views

Try these things first to find your missing points:

1. Under profile click points
2. Click show points history (this will show what shows have been spent on your points)
3. Click restore points used in the last 10 minutes (this option is there for viewers who have accidentally used points. Note that any shows used with these points will now be removed from your purchased shows section)
4. If your points are still missing and you need us to help you click chat below and our lovely support team will help you out!

From time to time points go missing. We try our best not to let this happen and will always do our best to make sure your are a happy STreamer!
